Marza+ Ride is an energy bar with almond paste and a high percentage of carbohydrates. It is a light bar and this property makes it particularly suitable even during intense physical effort, where poorly digestible (or slowly digestible) foods affect performance and could cause gastric problems.
As with other carbohydrate-based bars, Marza+ Ride are particularly useful during training or competitions of medium-long duration (over 2 hours) when muscle glycogen reserves significantly decrease or run out, forcing the athlete to feed first of the end of the performance. The presence of almond paste and oat flakes make the product soft and particularly pleasant, a property not to be underestimated when the athlete is performing strenuous and/or extreme efforts.
Directions for use:
SPORT: to nourish yourself before or during prolonged efforts, take 1 bar per hour of physical activity when this exceeds 90 minutes. For power efforts it is sufficient to take the bar 30 minutes before the activity.
DAILY LIFE: as a snack throughout the day
Format: 35 g
