BCAA Ride Gel+ is a balanced solution of simple and complex carbohydrates (carbohydrates) capable of providing the body with energy in the very short, medium and long term. The energy provided by carbohydrates is available to the body within a few minutes up to a few hours after intake. This reflects the different absorption time of the individual carbohydrates (short for dextrose and fructose, gradually longer for maltodextrin and Vitargo®). BCAA Ride Gel+ is characterized by the presence of branched chain amino acids (8:1:1 formulation) and the absence of caffeine.
Directions for use: . we recommend taking it before and/or during physical activity, depending on the athlete's needs.
Doses: one or more single-dose packs per day
Warnings: food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Intake should not exceed the recommended daily dose.
